Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Standing ticket prices increase a week before the event.
Our VIP Table option seats up to 8 people depending on the package in an Exclusive VIP Area with Waitress Service. This must be paid online via the remaining balance option on the event page.

3:30pm- Doors open for VIP guests
4pm- Door open for standing ticket holders
4:10pm – Event starts promptly
Please either print your tickets or have your ticket open on your mobile as this will be required on the door.
We operate a VERY strict dress code policy - Minimum Shirt, Tie, Trousers and Shoes for the Men.
Evening dresses for ladies, or suitable smart trousers and a blouse.
No Jeans, Trainers, Chinos, Leggings, Checked Shirts or Scruffs.
Please Dress to impress.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must be 18 or over to attend one of our events. We operate a strict challenge 25 policy, if you look under 25 ID may be requested on the door. If you do not have a valid form of photo ID you will be refused entry to the event. Acceptable forms of ID include, a photo driving licence, a passport or a Proof of Age Card (PASS).
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
No, Tickets are not transferable
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either print your ticket or show the ticket on your mobile phone, the tickets will then be scanned by security.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds and tickets are non-transferable. Including VIP deposits.

Do you have access for disabled or elderly guests?
At All Ultra Events a seating area is available for disabled or elderly guests with standard tickets. This is unreserved and upon arrival you will be directed to this area where you can sit with one other guest.
