NOTE: If you pay for a deposit for a VIP Table the remaining balance of £250 must be paid 3 weeks before the event. This must be paid online via the remaining balance option on the event page.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The dress code applies to all attendees including children.
All proceeds from ticket sales go to Cancer Research UK. Cancer Research UK pay Ultra Ballroom to deliver the event, in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Our VIP Table option seats up to 10 people in an Exclusive VIP Area with premium view of the dance floor.

Door Opening Times
2.30pm – Doors open for VIP guests
3: 00pm – Doors open for standard ticket holders
3:15pm – Event starts promptly
Please either print your tickets or have your ticket open on your mobile as this will be required on the door.
We operate a VERY strict dress code policy - Minimum Shirt, Tie, Trousers and Shoes for the Men. Evening dresses for ladies, or suitable smart trousers and a blouse. No Jeans, Trainers, Chinos, Leggings, Checked Shirts or Scruffs. Please Dress to impress.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must be over 12 years old to attend one of our events.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No, Tickets are not transferable
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either print your ticket or show the ticket on your mobile phone, the tickets will then be scanned by security.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds and tickets are non-transferable. Including VIP deposits.
